Why this one
The Circadian Optics Lumos hits the clinical 10,000 lux standard at a practical distance, adds meaningful adjustability, and comes from a dedicated light-therapy brand with real warranty support — all in the middle of the category's price band.
Clinical-Grade 10,000 Lux Output
Delivers the full 10,000 lux at a comfortable 12-inch distance — the standard for effective light therapy — without requiring the user to sit uncomfortably close. Most budget models only hit 10,000 lux at 6-8 inches, which is impractical for daily use.
Adjustable Brightness & Panel
Features an adjustable panel for customizable light therapy sessions, allowing users to tailor the intensity to their needs. This flexibility is a standout feature in this price range.
UV-Free Full-Spectrum Light
Provides UV-free, full-spectrum light therapy, ensuring safe and effective treatment for seasonal blues. The lamp is designed for daily use without the risks associated with UV exposure.
