Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair with Baby Set
We may earn a commission if you buy through this link. It never affects which product we pick. How we choose
Why this one
The Stokke Tripp Trapp Standard High Chair 2 with Adjustable Baby Set — solid European beech wood construction, multi-plane depth and height adjustability, and compatibility with babies from six months old through adulthood.
Lifetime adjustable ergonomics
The Tripp Trapp's two-plane adjustment — seat depth and footrest height — aligns the child at table height from six months through adulthood. No booster or separate youth chair is needed; the same frame supports 300 lb.
Solid beech outperforms plastic peers
Molded European beech resists cracking, staining, and the flex that develops in polypropylene shells after years of daily cleaning. The water-based finish meets EN 71 toy-safety standards and wipes clean without harsh chemicals.
Iconic design with 50-year parts support
Introduced in 1972 and continuously refined, the Tripp Trapp remains in production with full backward compatibility — baby sets, trays, and cushions from any era fit current frames. Stokke stocks replacement hardware directly, eliminating orphan-product risk.
