Why this one
The Worx 20V 10-inch string trimmer strikes the ideal balance of price, weight, and battery compatibility for typical residential yards.
Balanced power and lightweight build
Weighing just under six pounds with the battery attached, this trimmer minimizes arm fatigue during longer yard sessions. The 2-in-1 design lets you easily convert from a string trimmer to a lawn edger for clean property lines.
Interchangeable battery platform
Unlike gas trimmers that require mixing fuel or corded models tethered to an outlet, this unit operates on the Worx Power Share battery platform. That same 20V power source is compatible with numerous other Worx lawn and DIY tools.
Reliable homeowner performance
Consistently praised as the go-to workhorse for standard residential lawns and typical suburban property upkeep. The automatic feed line design keeps maintenance straightforward without requiring manual bumping or tool adjustments.
Not for you if…
At 10 to 12 inches of cutting swath, it lacks the raw cutting width and clearing power needed for heavily overgrown fields or thick woody brush.
