Why this one
The PowerBlock Pro EXP delivers professional-grade durability and rapid weight changes in the most space-efficient form factor available for home gym setups.
Space-saving block design
The distinct nested weight stack replaces 16 pairs of traditional dumbbells in a single compact footprint, keeping home workout areas organized and clutter-free.
Commercial-grade urethane coating
Heavy-duty urethane-coated steel plates protect floors from impact while providing a quiet, secure feel during high-rep training sessions without the clanking typical of cast iron.
Expandable modular architecture
The base set adjusts from 5 to 50 pounds per hand in 2.5-pound increments, with optional expansion kits available to scale the weight up to 90 pounds as strength progresses.
Not for you if…
The block shape has a wider profile than traditional dumbbells, which may feel unconventional during certain pressing movements.
