Why this one
The Bowflex SelectTech 552 system delivers a complete rack of weights in a compact footprint with simple dial adjustment.
Replaces 15 sets of weights.
Adjusts from 5 to 52.5 pounds in 2.5-pound increments for the first 25 pounds, allowing seamless weight transitions for progressive overload without cluttering the floor.
Dial system streamlines workouts.
Unlike traditional iron plates that require manual spinning collars, the unique dial mechanism locks in the selected weight instantly when lifted from the storage tray.
The benchmark for home strength.
Widely regarded as the standard home-fitness solution for strength training, offering a compact footprint that fits neatly in any corner or closet.
Not for you if…
dropping the dumbbells on the floor during heavy lifts can damage the internal adjustment mechanism.
